1. Clinical Services Agreement

By scheduling an intake assessment or ongoing therapy session at Lighten World, you agree to collaborate with our clinical therapists and abide by individual developmental milestones designed for your child.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

Therapy sessions are reserved in dedicated slots. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, we request at least 24 hours prior notice to accommodate other children on the waitlist.

3. Parental Involvement & Safe Facility

We actively encourage parent observation and participation. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for unsafe behavior or harassment inside our clinic to ensure a nurturing environment for all children.
